About Kenno Lounge:
Kenno Lounge offers co-working spaces for entrepreneurs and companies in Helsinki and Turku.
An increase in competition brought Kenno Lounge to us. The coworking space provider needed to stand out from the crowd, and we came to their aid with a segmentation strategy and a marketing plan. The goal was to increase warm leads for sales.
CONSISTENCY AND REGULAR UPDATES ARE KEY FACTORS FOR SUCCESS
We took over Kenno Lounge’s marketing in the beginning of 2018 and continue working with them to this day. Our efforts include social media content creation and advertising, blog posts, PR and digital marketing. When we kicked things off, we also redesigned the Kenno website and gave the brand a visual makeover.
Many of our marketing efforts revolve around strengthening the Kenno community. This is very fitting, considering the nature of coworking spaces: most people who come to Kenno Lounge do so in order to gain a working community. It makes sense that community is a crucial role in Kenno’s marketing, as well. Community building was done by creating consistent content (#storiesfromkenno) on social media and the Kenno site. We even nicknamed the entrepreneurs and companies working at Kenno Lounge as “Kennoans” (fin. kennolainen) - a name that has since then caught on.

AN INCREASE IN SITE VISITORS AND USERS
Our efforts to increase leads through community building paid off. During 2018, visits to Kenno’s website increased by 150 percent, and new users increased in similar fashion by 123 percent. Work with Kenno continues in 2019, with the goal to increase community engagement even further.
